30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Starting a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to return your item. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as the appropriate return location may vary by product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order information and photos of the item when possible so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Return Shipping
If a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping. For other approved returns, return-shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. We will let you know before you return the item.
Exceptions

Exchanges
If you would like a different item or variation, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
